Cancellation and Refund Policy

PARK VISIT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY


  • You can modify your booking at no additional cost. However, if there is a price difference due to changes day of the week (weekday to weekend/Public Holidays), or ticket category, the additional amount must be paid. Conversely, there will be no refund of the difference amount.
  • Modifications must be made before 12:00 AM, two days before your original visit date. You will have a validity of 30 days for postponing.
  • Each booking is eligible for one free modification only.
  • Please be aware that cancellations are not permitted for modified bookings.

 

PARTIAL AND FULL CANCELLATION POLICY


  • If a cancellation request is made more than 48 hours before the visit date, a 90% refund of the original booking amount will be issued.
  • For cancellations made within 48 hours of the visit, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • The same refund percentages apply for partial cancellations.
  • No refund will be processed for no-shows on the visit day or any requests made after the scheduled date.
  • If a cancellation request is made due to the natural disasters or pandemic related closures, a 100% refund of the original booking amount will be issued.
